The recording of this music is specially written to accompany and enhance yoga practice. The association of music and yoga is such that the music can become an integral part of yoga.
Traditionally, yoga is practiced very slowly, using breath to stretch and relax into the postures. Therefore gentle, smooth, calm music compliments the whole of yoga practice; not just the physical aspect, but also the breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques.
It is well known that beautiful music can reach the inner person- this also happens with the practice of yoga, and becomes a way of life to many.
