If Carlos Santana had been hanging out in Iraq for the last 10 years then he would have to sound something like the Gold Coast's own Tijuana Cartel. These guys manage to mix big band bass, fast acoustic guitar riffs and scintillating percussion with the tastes of sensual Latin salsa, fast Arabian beats and earthly Australian corroborees. The result? Some funky road-hopping rave beats that are catchy and extremely contagious.
